Electrical Engineer (Building Construction)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee, supervise, and manage all on-site electrical installation works
Coordinate closely with electrical subcontractors, consultants, clients, and relevant authorities
Ensure electrical works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and master construction schedule
Review and endorse shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and as-built drawings
Monitor subcontractor performance, workmanship quality, and site safety compliance
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
Resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of works
Attend site meetings and report project progress to Project Manager

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore)
Relevant experience in building construction projects
Strong knowledge of Singapore codes, regulations, and authority submission processes
Able to work in a fast-paced site environment
