The Role:
The Performance Marketing Specialist will own end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across multiple channels — from interpreting briefs and planning strategy to implementation, optimisation, reporting, and actionable performance insights.
This role serves as the bridge between media strategy and operational excellence, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable business results through data-driven decision-making.
You’ll work closely with strategists, creative teams, and account managers to deliver campaigns that not only perform, but scale.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable with analytics, and highly detail-oriented in execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategy & Planning
- Translate client briefs and business objectives into actionable media strategies.
- Build data-driven media plans across Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Forecast KPIs, pacing, and budget distribution by channel and objective.
- Present rationale and expected outcomes to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Campaign Execution
- Independently set up and launch campaigns across assigned channels.
- Manage pixel setup, event tracking, and data flow via GA4 and GTM.
- Ensure flawless campaign implementation with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain structured campaign naming, budgeting, and documentation consistency.
- Optimisation & Growth
- Monitor performance daily and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA, and CVR.
- Execute A/B testing across audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Recommend tactical adjustments and scaling strategies based on data trends.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to inform asset iterations.
- Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio and Supermetrics.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and next-step recommendations.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews with data-backed performance narratives.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing (agency preferred).
- Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).
- Strong command of GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
- Analytical mindset — able to interpret metrics, identify patterns, and make data-led decisions.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and process discipline.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
