You are a detail-oriented professional with at least 3 years of experience in facilities finance or a similar role. You have a strong financial acumen and excel at managing operational processes while supporting site needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment and demonstrate exceptional organization skills.

• Lead financial discussions with the site team, including vendor quote management and driving timely goods receipts and invoice processing
• Participate in all finance calls and team engagements to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting for current and future fiscal years
• Manage the complete procurement cycle from purchase order issuance to invoice closure
• Support site needs including stationery and snack ordering
• Navigate client purchase order systems to raise POs for services outside contract scope
• Oversee mailroom operations, deliverables, and contract renewals

• Strong financial background with understanding of fiscal year concepts and periodic financial cut-off dates
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between vendors, finance teams, and site stakeholders
• Detail-oriented approach to managing multiple concurrent processes
• Proactive problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges
• Proficiency with procurement systems and financial tracking tools
