Marketing Assistant (Part Time)

Money Mindfulness Singapore is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant (Part-Time) to join our team! This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in design, content creation, or event planning. A formal degree is not required — we value skills, experience, and a strong portfolio over qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

(a) Graphic Design

Create and develop visually compelling digital content — including posters, videos, social media graphics, and marketing materials.

(b) Social Media Management

Assist in maintaining and updating social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Support website design, content updates, and basic layout improvements.

(d) Event Support

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, workshops, and outreach activities.
Develop marketing plans and promotional materials for events to drive awareness and participation.
Support on-site event content creation, filming and coordination for marketing purposes

(e) Other Administrative Duties

Provide general administrative assistance related to marketing activities.

Requirements:

Prior experience in marketing, graphic design, content creation or event planning.
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or similar software.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) is preferred.
Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress or similar platforms) is a plus.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
