About the role
Kitchen Assistant at the Noodle Station, responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking and assembling noodles, and maintaining kitchen operations to ensure consistent quality and food safety standards.
Key responsibilities- Prepare various ingredients for cooking according to established recipes and portion standards
- Cook and assemble noodles, ensuring consistent quality and presentation for customer orders
- Read bills/orders accurately and prepare customers' orders accordingly
- Prepare side dishes and maintain organised workstation whilst adhering to food safety protocols
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Head Chef
- Preferred candidates with experience in cooking or kitchen operations
- Able to read bills/orders
