Marketing Intern

The Marketing Intern supports the marketing team in executing day-to-day brand, content, and campaign initiatives. This role is designed for individuals who want real, hands-on exposure to how a brand is built — from social content and on-ground activations to data tracking and creative ideation.

You’ll work closely with the founders, gaining practical experience across digital marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling.

1. Social Media & Content Support

• Assist in creating content for FB, Instagram, TikTok, RED, and other platforms
• Support photo/video shoots, BTS content, and simple editing (CapCut / Canva)
• Help prepare captions, hashtags, and posting schedules
• Ensure content aligns with brand tone and guidelines

1. Campaign & Activation Support

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and collaborations
• Support live events, pop-ups, and in-store activations when required
• Help coordinate timelines, deliverables, and simple tracking sheets

1. Research & Idea Generation

• Conduct basic market, trend, and competitor research
• Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and content ideas
• Propose content ideas and campaign concepts during team discussions

1. Data & Performance Tracking

• Assist in tracking social media performance and campaign results
• Compile weekly or monthly performance summaries
• Help identify what content performs well and why

1. Administrative & Team Support

• Maintain content folders, calendars, and simple reports
• Support coordination with designers, videographers, or outlets
• Assist the marketing team with ad-hoc tasks as needed

• Interest in marketing, branding, or content creation
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and social platforms
• Basic design or video editing skills (Canva / CapCut preferred)
• Good time management and willingness to learn
• Proactive, responsible, and able to take initiative
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to follow the founder travel to Malaysia Johor Bahru (one day trip only)
