We are looking for passionate and motivated Architectural Assistants to support the delivery of exciting projects across all stages, from design development to project completion. Whether you are an emerging professional or have several years of experience, we welcome individuals who are eager to grow and make an impact.

• Support design development, project coordination, and contract administration.
• Prepare authority submissions and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Attend project meetings, site meetings, and inspections.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and assist in achieving project milestones.
• Apply BIM methodologies and contribute to project documentation and drawing production.
• Work closely with the project team to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and Singapore building regulations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Registration with the Board of Architects Singapore is an advantage.
