As our Spa Retail Ambassador, you have an influence over our members by actively building a relationship with them and helping them to meet their spa and wellness needs. We are seeking driven, customer-oriented, and eloquent individuals who are willing to go to the extra mile for our members while challenging yourself to achieve personal targets.Join us to be part of a dynamic and upbeat team that will value add your learning and growth as a Spa Retail Ambassador!
Your contributions to our joint success- Work with the team to achieve branch targets
- Attend to walk-in customers and all phone enquiries
- Promote and follow up on spa packages
- Build and maintain rapport with existing and potential members
- Update members on promotional treatments from time to time
- Assist in maintaining proper records for all customers
- Candidates without work experience are welcome
- Sales and service-oriented
- Self-motivated team player
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willing to work retail hours (5 days per week)
