Insurance Executive (General Insurance / Automotive)
Working days: 5 days (Mon-Fri)Location: Redhill
Basic Salary: $2700 - $3000
Responsibilities- Handle counter, email, and phone enquiries for all classes of general insurance.
- Provide quotations and process applications, renewals, cancellations, and extensions for motor and general insurance.
- Issue insurance documents and ensure compliance with GIAS and regulatory requirements.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and provide prompt support in spoken and written form.
- Conduct telemarketing and marketing campaigns to promote insurance products.
- Cross-sell general insurance products to existing and potential clients.
- Perform daily branch operations including transaction checks and payment terminal reconciliation.
- Assist in administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments
- Based in branch/outlet to handle walk-in customers.
- Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent (BCP & PGI modules)
- Familiar with general insurance products and GIAS regulations.
