E-commerce Account Manager (Online Grocery Channels)

• Basic Monthly Salary of SGD 5,500 to 6,000. Flexible working arrangements over a 5 weekday work week (work from home 2 days a week).

• This role will report to the Senior Brand Manager and work closely within our large and supportive brand/sales team.
• The candidate MUST have experience in managing listings, sales, promotions etc for FMCG products on Redmart and Fairprice Online/Marketplace

• Oversee and manage key ecommercel channels and accounts, specifically Redmart, Fairprice Online, Pandamart and Scommerce (Shopee Supermarket).
• Manage day-to-day operations across the above-mentioned channels and accounts ensuring accuracy and execution excellence.
• Drive assortment expansion, pricing strategy, and promotional effectiveness to optimise online sales performance.
• Negotiate trading terms, visibility investments, and campaign participation.
• Work closely with the Brand, Operations and Logistics teams and ensure alignment on sales plans and fulfilment.
• Plan and execute promotional calendars, maximising performance during key campaigns (e.g. Double Digit Days, Mega Campaigns).
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing regular insights and recommendations to the management team.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Deliver key business KPIs, including sales targets, gross profit, fulfilment performance, and on-time delivery.

• MUST have at least 3 years of experience in managing listings, sales, promotions etc for FMCG products on Redmart and Fairprice Online/Marketplace

• Basic Monthly Salary of SGD5,500 to SGD 6,000.

• Mobile allowance of SGD40.

• This is a permanent full-time position.
• Regular working hours (Mondays to Thursday 8.30am – 6.30pm, Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm).
• Flexible working arrangements over a 5 weekday work week (work from home 2 days a week with full flexibility on days in office week to week).
• Our office is located in the Serangoon / Ang Mo Kio area.
