About the Role
Join the vibrant team at Rainbow Cove Preschool as a full-time Preschool English Teacher! We're looking for a passionate and experienced educator to inspire and support young learners in a nurturing, safe, and development-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote children's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Monitor and assess individual progress, adapting teaching strategies to support each child’s learning needs
- Cultivate strong, positive relationships with children and their families to create a welcoming and inclusive classroom culture
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning space that complies with all regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching practices and support the preschool's continuous improvement
- A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar early learning or preschool setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to connect with children and families
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- A deep passion for early childhood education and holistic child development
- Valid First Aid and Childcare First Aid certifications, along with a current Working with Children Check
