Billing/ Finance Executive (AR or AP) | 5 Days/ $3k/ AWS & Bonus

About the role

Working 5 days per week, you will have a healthy work-life balance whilst making a meaningful contribution to the finance function.

• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
• Process vendor invoices and create Purchase Orders (PO).
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments and monitor account balances.
• Prepare customer Statements of Account (SOA).
• Perform invoice checking, account reconciliation, and payment settlements.
• Support inter-company billing and overseas payment transactions.
• Update customer and billing records in the system.
• Handle banking transactions, remittances, and payment processing.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist with audit preparation, financial reports, and insurance claim documents.
• Respond to billing or payment-related enquiries from customers and internal teams.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Relevant accounting experience in billing, AR & AP, and account reconciliation.
• Experience handling inter-company transactions and full set of accounts is preferred.
• Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic salary up to $3,000
• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
