As a Junior Medical Technologist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Conduct routine and specialized diagnostic tests under supervision (e.g., hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, immunology).
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Prepare specimens for analysis and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
• Record and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to laboratory safety procedures and quality control protocols.
• Support senior technologists and laboratory personnel in daily operations.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with hospital, laboratory, and regulatory standards

• Minimum Diploma in Biomedical Science or Medical Laboratory Sciences
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
