About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Salon Receptionist to join our team at JG Singapore Pte Ltd'. This is a full-time position based in the Central Region of Singapore. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
What you'll be doing- Greet and welcome clients in a polite and courteous manner
- Manage appointment scheduling and rescheduling
- Process payments and handle cash flow
- Maintain accurate client records and data entry
- Provide information about salon services, products and promotions
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Contribute to a positive team culture and provide exceptional customer service
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a salon or spa environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- A professional and friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for customer service
- Flexibility to work during peak hours and weekends.
