Technical Support
- Manage and develop technical design process for tender, to ensure that all design/technical issues are addressed within the tender requirements, deadline and budget.
- Provide technical support and solutions to facilitate site condition and situation
- Identify and resolve technical problems during tender pursuit stage
- Prepare and review technical reports
- Support the preparation of value engineering and alternative solutions
- Advise and Liaise with Contracts department on Quotation Requests
- Review tender queries and tender clarifications for submissions
- Liaise with Consultants and Specialists for special/ new technical inputs/matters
- Provide technical presentation to potential client during tender stage.
- Assist in preparation and presentation of technical papers
- Assist in qualifications of new methodology
- Conduct technical research and update management .Co-develop technical methodology and technology
- Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Structural Engineering or equivalent approved by PEB
- Minimum 10 years of working experience and 5 years in large scale building projects with Main contractors.
- Excellence Technical Knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Communication & Leadership: Ability to communicate effectively and clearly , self-motivated .Possess good leadership qualities.
