Python Developer - Pasir Ris

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Automation Developer with a strong background in Python and Selenium to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with automation frameworks and RPA tools, as well as a solid understanding of SQL and optionally Java.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python (especially with Pandas) and Selenium.
• Work with RPA tools such as Blue Prism or UiPath to streamline business operations (added advantage).
• Troubleshoot automation-related issues and enhance performance through efficient scripting and query optimization.
• Use SQL to query databases, extract data, and assist in debugging issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement automation solutions.
• Contribute to the design and development of scalable, reusable automation components.
• Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Python (Pandas) and Selenium.
• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries.
• Familiarity with RPA tools like Blue Prism or UiPath is a plus.
• Basic understanding or exposure to Java / J2EE is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Exposure to automation in cloud or enterprise environments.
