Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize the regional sales cycle, ensuring efficiency and operational excellence.
• Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analyses to derive actionable insights and enhance customer acquisition strategies.
• Strengthen client relationships, enhance customer retention, and broaden the customer base through proactive engagement.
• Achieve revenue and profit targets by monitoring budget variances, maintaining effective inventory control, and optimizing cash flow.
• Sustain healthy gross margins and inventory turnover through efficient stock planning and cost management.
• Develop and implement regional growth strategies, while spearheading business development initiatives and managing aligned projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Relevant experience in the sportswear industry, particularly with a focus on footwear.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
