Property Officer - HDB [ Training Provided / 5 days ]

Basic Salary: $2700 - $3300

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for HDB blocks and estate common areas.
• Supervise contractors to ensure works are carried out according to specifications, safety regulations, and service standards.
• Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc maintenance works.
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Verify completed works and process contractors’ claims accordingly.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, service providers, and relevant authorities on maintenance-related matters.
• Investigate defects, complaints, and equipment breakdowns, and prepare reports with improvement recommendations.
• Attend to residents’ feedback and follow up promptly on estate maintenance issues.

Requirements:

• Good coordination and communication skills to manage contractors and maintenance activities effectively.
• Willing to learn and undergo training provided.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
