Network and Endpoint Security Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer to strengthen our organization’s infrastructure and cloud security posture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network security technologies including firewalls, secure remote access, and cloud-based security services.

Job Description:

• Design, implement, and maintain network security solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Manage and optimize firewalls (preferably FortiGate) and VPN infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain FortiSASE for secure remote access and cloud-delivered security.
• Integrate and manage CDN and WAF solutions such as Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront, and Akamai.
• Collaborate with IT operations and DevOps teams to ensure secure network architecture.
• Monitor and respond to network-related security incidents and alerts.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend remediation strategies.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in network security engineering.
• Strong understanding of networking principles and firewall technologies.
• Experience with FortiGate firewalls and FortiSASE.
• Familiarity with CDN and WAF platforms (Cloudflare, CloudFront, Akamai).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their networking/security components.
• Security certifications such as CCNP Security or Fortinet NSE are a plus.
