- Perform all assigned production activities in accordance with written procedures and safety policies.
- Support daily production operations to ensure smooth and continuous machine operation, including:
- Loading raw materials into machines
- Offloading semi-finished products
- Handling loads of 3–5 kg safely
- Assist in final packaging processes and ensure proper labeling and sealing.
- Record production data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor machine performance to maintain product quality and meet output targets.
- Ensure all production activities comply with established quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (good housekeeping practices).
- GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification
- On-the-job training will be provided
- Able to handle loads of 3–5 kg
- Able to read and understand product labels and basic instructions
- Service-oriented with a positive working attitude
- A strong team player with good interpersonal skills
