Advise Singapore-listed companies on regulatory compliance and corporate governance, reviewing disclosures and liaising on regulatory matters to support effective corporate finance and listing advisory.

Responsibilities

Advise Singapore-listed companies on compliance with SGX listing rules, the Code of Corporate Governance, Singapore Takeover Code, TCFD recommendations, and sustainability frameworks to ensure regulatory adherence.
Review company announcements including financial results, annual and sustainability reports, and circulars related to corporate actions such as mergers & acquisitions, disposals, bond issuances, capital reduction, share consolidation, and subdivision for compliance with SGX rules.
Liaise directly with companies to clarify regulatory requirements and manage waiver application processes to facilitate smooth regulatory approvals.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Degree in Law, Finance, or Business with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Singapore IPOs, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and transaction advisory.
