Sales Manager – Tax & Financial Services

We are a fast-growing boutique tax advisory firm providing comprehensive tax solutions to businesses and individuals. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager who can both nurture existing client relationships and drive new business opportunities, all while delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
• Provide tailored tax and financial solutions to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of sales or client management experience, ideally in tax, finance, or professional services.
• Strong ability to develop new clients while managing existing accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Fluent in Chinese and English;
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
