Responsibilities- Propel New Business Growth: Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. Leverage your entrepreneurial mindset, network and market insights to accelerate the expansion of FleishmanHillard’s Corporate practice in Singapore.
- Be a Strategic Partner: Act as a sought-after senior advisor to executives and clients, delivering business-driven recommendations that shape reputations and drive transformative results.
- Champion Integrated Solutions: Lead the creation of integrated corporate reputation programs utilizing all available channels - media and influencer relations, insights and data analysis, digital communications, social media strategy, and creative platforms.
- Build Enduring Client Partnerships: Build, maintain, and deepen high-level client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Drive Innovation: Continually enhance the Corporate practice expertise, building strategic capabilities and innovative offerings. Serve as a network-wide resource for counsel, mentorship, and business opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of consultants, fostering a culture of ambition, collaboration, and continuous learning while ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.
- Inclusive Culture: Foster diverse teams and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative working environment.
- 15+ years of experience in corporate communications, with a passion for developing and executing corporate reputation programs, including corporate positioning, business media relations, and executive communications. Agency experience is essential.
- Demonstrated success in business development, with the drive and tenacity to identify and win new clients, grow existing accounts, and deliver innovative, results-driven solutions.
- Expertise in senior-level client engagement, delivering strategic insights and driving alignment across complex, cross-company initiatives.
- Hands-on experience managing teams, executing public relations and public affairs plans, and delivering strategic communications programs within budget.
- Superior writing and presentation skills, with the ability to craft high-quality communications plans, position papers, news materials, and executive correspondence.
- Advanced knowledge of business media, with well-developed skills in building and maintaining traditional and digital media relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to recognize and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
- Digital and social media proficiency, with a keen understanding of how to leverage these channels for reputation management and business growth.
- Energetic, self-starter and resourceful problem solver, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations and maintain composure under pressure.
