AV Technician (Event Setup & Live Operations) – Singaporeans/PR

This role is suitable for individuals with 1–2 years of hands-on event AV setup and operations experience who are looking to grow their technical skills and take on greater responsibility over time.
You’ll be involved in setup, basic troubleshooting, and on-site execution across live events and productions.
This is a hands-on operational role within a professional technical team environment.
Role Summary
We are looking for a dependable AV Technician to support the preparation, delivery, setup, operation, and teardown of audiovisual equipment for live events, corporate functions, exhibitions, and webcasts.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Prep
Prepare equipment based on packing lists and follow established packing systems and checklists to ensure accurate and efficient load-outs.
Delivery & Logistics
Load and unload equipment safely while supporting efficient vehicle packing and deployment operations.
On-Site Setup
Assist in setup, testing, operation, and teardown of displays, projectors, audio, and lighting systems.
Ensure all cable management is neat, organised, and client-ready while maintaining professional setup standards.
Event Execution
Support live operations and assist with troubleshooting during live events and productions.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth and reliable event execution on-site.
Requirements- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in AV, events, staging, or technical production.
- Singapore Class 3 driving license is a plus, but not required.
- Role requires regular physical activity, including lifting and handling equipment (up to 20kg).
- Ability to remain organised and attentive during busy event periods and live operations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve continuously.
- Knowledge of audio, video, and signal flow.
- Familiarity with XLR, HDMI, SDI, CAT6, and power distribution.
- Ability to identify and resolve common signal path issues.
Candidates with experience in corporate events AV productions are encouraged to apply.

- Salary range: S$2,900 – S$3,300 (depending on experience and technical competency).
