- Minimum 5 years work experience as Associate Director of Sales or equivelant.
- Commercially astute with proven sales management experience and ability of achieving sales goals for Corporate, Luxury, MICE and Event Sales segments.
- Highly motivated, solutions-oriented self-starter with adaptable teamwork style
- Ability to communicate and connect with all levels, while demonstrating an unsurpassed customer service and after sales experience to increase and retain customer loyalty
