Position Overview: Info Tech Systems Ltd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Executive. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful coordination and execution of events while also contributing to ad hoc marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring creativity, organizational skills, and a passion for creating impactful experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Management & Outreach Coordination
  • Identify, initiate, and manage partnerships with government agencies, trade associations, educational institutions, and corporate organizations to expand outreach and drive learner engagement.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for collaboration that align with the company’s training and learner acquisition goals.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and reports to support partnership discussions and negotiations.
End-to-End Event Planning and Execution
  • Lead the full lifecycle of event planning—from initial concept and coordination to execution and post-event evaluation.
  • Plan and manage roadshows, seminars, conferences, workshops, and partner-led initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, catering, AV setup, registration, and on-site support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, product) and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are completed within scope and deadline.
Marketing and Campaign Support
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content tailored to different partners and audience segments (e.g., learners, HRs, training managers).
  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns to promote events and partnership programs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure brand consistency and accurate messaging across all communication platforms.
Additional Marketing Support
  • Contribute to ad hoc marketing activities such as competitor benchmarking, market research, and customer engagement analysis.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing assets including brochures, pitch decks, case studies, and web content to support outreach and event initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Marketing/Hospitality & Tourism related field
  • Proven experience in event coordination and execution.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
