Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Business Analyst & Project Management Support professional to join our team. This role supports both front‑office and middle‑office functions for our clients, working across a range of investment and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Support day‑to‑day investment operations for clients, ensuring smooth trade workflows and timely execution.
- Assist in finance and accounting processes, including data validation and reconciliation activities.
- Participate in NAV pack reviews, working closely with fund accounting teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide support on compliance and regulatory matters, including documentation checks and adherence to internal and external requirements.
- Assist in preparing management reports, investor reporting, and regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients on project management initiatives, including process improvements, system enhancements, and workflow automation.
- Gather and analyze business requirements - translate user needs into clear specs and user stories for the development team
- Perform analysis, prepare documentation, and support testing for operational or system changes.
- 1–2 years of experience in fund administration, IT project management, business analysis, technical delivery, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
- Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple deliverables.
- Keen interest in the fund industry, operations, and regulatory topics.
- - Exposure to fintech, investments, or fund administration is a strong plus
- - Basic programming knowledge (Python, SQL, or similar)
