Xender Tech Pte. Ltd. is a leading technology solutions provider with a newly established regional hub in Singapore. We specialize in advanced digital infrastructure, cloud integrations, and smart enterprise hardware solutions. As we expand our footprint into cross-border industrial tech and IoT automation systems, we are seeking a highly specialized Business Development Manager to scale our Singapore operations and strengthen our presence within the regional Tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Growth Strategy: Architect and execute comprehensive business development models to scale Xender Tech’s B2B digital footprint, driving regional annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets.

High-Value Corporate Alliances: Identify, negotiate, and close complex commercial partnerships and strategic joint ventures with enterprise clients, local partners, and major tech conglomerates within Singapore and the wider region.

Market Intelligence & Compliance: Evaluate regulatory frameworks, compliance updates, and emerging tech trends within Singapore and regional markets to identify premium product-market fit opportunities for our local entities.

High-Stakes Partnership & Client Management: Lead end-to-end negotiation cycles, host high-level corporate client visits, and secure strategic alliances with enterprise networks, distribution channels, and technology vendors.

Job Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering & Automation, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of extensive professional work experience, with a strong track record in Regional Business Development, Account Management, or Technical Sales within industrial automation, digital infrastructure, or high-tech sectors.
  • Language Proficiency: Exceptional communication skills are required for daily high-level coordination with regional enterprise clients, supply chain networks, and cross-border technology partners.
