Job Summary

You will handle incoming calls and schedule customer appointments efficiently to support smooth salon operations. You will perform administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping to maintain accurate client and business records. You will provide friendly and professional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

You will also assist with other duties as assigned to support the team.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls and schedule customer appointments accurately to optimize daily operations
Perform data entry and maintain organized records to support administrative needs
Use MS Word, Excel, and basic computer skills to complete administrative tasks efficiently
Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and courteously to client inquiries
Support team operations by completing other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Apply knowledge of TCM and spa treatments to assist customers and support service delivery (preferred)
Adapt to shift work including weekends and public holidays to meet business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience working in a salon or spa environment to enhance customer interaction and operational support
Familiarity with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and spa treatment concepts to better assist clients

Other Information

Basic salary $2200 - $3000 based on experience
Additional monthly performance bonus and annual bonus
