Woodlands - Purchasing Executive/ Senior Purchasing Executive

Super Bean International Pte Ltd is seeking a talented Purchasing and Logistics Executive to join our dynamic team based in the East and then North Region. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in supporting our growing business in F&B Retail.

Candidate should be willing to relocate to 14 Senoko Way(Near Woodlands/Sembawang) at the end of the 2025.

1. Sourcing and Supplier Management

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
• Negotiate terms and pricing.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality and service standards.

1. Purchasing Activities

• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
• Monitor and track stock levels to ensure adequate inventory and ensure timely delivery.
• Verify receipt and quality of goods.

1. Cost Control and Budgeting

• Analyse procurement costs to find areas for savings.
• Develop cost-saving strategies and supplier alternatives.

1. Inventory and Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with various departments to maintain optimal stock levels tailored to their specific product needs and requests.
• Capable of sourcing and identifying alternative products when needed.
• Coordinate with logistics to track and manage shipments.

1. Compliance and Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid understanding of online purchasing processes and the ability to communicate effectively on platforms such as Taobao and Shopee
• The candidate should possess a minimum of 2 or more years of relevant experience in purchasing and sourcing. Candidates with extensive experience maybe consider for a senior role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Experience in using ERP/Navision system is a big advantage
