Key Responsibilities
- work closely with aesthetic doctors and clinicians to deliver high-quality consultations and exceptional customer experiences
- Conduct professional consultations on aesthetic, facial, and skincare solutions for clients
- Introduce products, services, and treatments to customers
- Evaluate clients’ concerns and recommend suitable treatments in alignment with their needs and the doctor’s guidance
- Deliver excellent customer service and develop long-term client relationships.
- Customer-focused, driven, and motivated to achieve results while providing excellent service
- A collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the beauty and aesthetics industry will be beneficial
- Previous experience in aesthetics, beauty, or a related field is a strong advantage.
