Accounts and Operations Executive ($3,200 | 5 days | Tuas)

Our Client, a Singapore-based team helping organisations run efficiently through digital transformation, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Accounts & Operations Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a full set of accounts by accurately recording daily financial transactions to ensure up-to-date bookkeeping
• Prepare simple financial reports
• Organize and file accounting documents to maintain proper financial records
• Take charge of warehouse and logistics operation, communicate with customer
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to track and ensure timely order deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to support replenishment activities
• Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth operations
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office applications to manage data and reporting
• Apply knowledge of sales processes on various e-commerce platforms to enhance operational efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-year relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Familiarity with sales on various e-commerce platforms is a value-added skill

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location: Tuas
• Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Office hours, 1 half day Saturday every 6 weeks
• Salary: $3,200 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
