Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Junior Field Application Engineer to join our Humanoid Robot Deployment team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the deployment, testing, and on-site support of our advanced robotic systems. While a strong foundation in software is essential, the primary focus will be on evaluating robot performance in real-world scenarios, identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth system integration and operation.

Provide basic operational training and troubleshooting guidance to internal users or customers, if needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin for collaboration with Chinese development teams.
- Fresh graduates are welcome – no prior work experience required.
- Strong working knowledge of Linux systems and command-line utilities.
- Proficient in Python scripting; exposure to C++ is a plus, particularly for debugging purposes.
- Basic understanding of computer networking and hardware-software interaction.
- Familiar with version control systems such as Git or GitHub.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills; able to diagnose complex issues with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated team player with strong communication and task management abilities.
- Willingness to travel to deployment sites (local or regional, as applicable).
Bonus (Nice to Have):
- Hands-on experience in robotics projects (academic, personal, or internships).
- Familiarity with diagnostic/logging tools or remote monitoring systems.
- Exposure to remote access tools, data logging, or web interfaces for robot management.
