Marketing Executive [up to $3,900, AMK, 7 Months]

Salary: $3000 - $3900 (Depending on experience)

• Plan and execute integrated marketing and promotional campaigns
• Manage casual leasing operations to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Plan and execute integrated marketing and promotional campaigns to drive shopper footfall, increase tenant sales and strengthen the brand presence.
• Engage and liaise with tenants, advertising agencies, contractors and event companies
• Ensure the smooth operation of casual leasing operations for advertising spaces, pushcarts and common areas, including handling enquiries, negotiating terms and coordinating execution to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, content creation and website updates.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and quality execution of advertising and promotional initiatives.
• Support marketing communications and public relations efforts, including social media and community engagement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, tracking KPIs, ROI, footfall and sales data
• Manage administrative processes and proper tracking of expenses
• Perform related duties as assigned by your manager.

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a shopping mall, retail or ad agency environment.
• Prior casual leasing experience highly desirable
