Process Engineer (Manufacturing, East Region)

Responsibilities:

• Manage wafer manufacturing processes to achieve quality, yield, and production targets.
• Work closely with global technology teams on process alignment and qualification of new processes, suppliers, and consumables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process capability improvement and yield enhancement initiatives.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for process issues and yield losses.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement permanent solutions for recurring process and quality issues.
• Establish and maintain best practices and innovative solutions for process improvement.
• Conduct statistical data analysis to support process optimization and decision-making.
• Apply structured problem-solving and risk analysis tools (8D, Fishbone, DOE, FMEA).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of semiconductor quality systems, data analysis, DOE, and SPC.
• Proficient in statistical analysis tools (e.g. JMP); experience with Visual Basic, databases, and queries is an added advantage.
