Business analyst

In this role, you will serve as the vital link between technical delivery teams and various business functions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of application enhancements from initial scoping to post-implementation stability.

key responsibilities:

• Oversee the successful deployment and integration of applications, ensuring all environment preparations (Infrastructure, Security, DevOps) are aligned.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business users to define project scope, clarify intricate requirements, and evaluate the impact of proposed changes.
• Lead application testing phases (SIT/UAT), managing the resolution of defects and ensuring the final product meets functional specifications.
• Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, providing regular progress updates to senior management and ensuring a smooth transition to operational support teams.

• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business needs into functional technical specifications.
• Strong ability to convert user needs into clear process flows and user-centric digital solutions.
• Excellent skills in managing diverse stakeholders (IT, Vendors, and Business leads) to drive consensus and manage expectations.
• Hands-on experience with collaboration and tracking tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
• Familiarity with BPMN, data flow mapping, and system integration concepts.
• Competency in performing Gap Analysis and defining operational KPIs through reporting/dashboards.
• Experience supporting Change Management initiatives to ensure high user adoption of new systems.
