As a Senior Manager/Manager, Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Spearheaded clinical service planning and user engagement workshops to align hospital design with patient-centered care.
- Collaborated with consultants and stakeholders to develop infrastructure, service flow, and operational models for the hospital.
- Led development of end-user briefs, business cases, and operational guidelines to support hospital development and funding approvals.
- Oversaw progress tracking, reporting, and coordination of workstreams across planning areas, ensuring timely escalation of issues.
- Managed administrative duties including meeting coordination, minutes writing, procurement, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
