Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Technical Coordination
  • Lead deep-dive sessions with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for system enhancements, new implementations, and automation projects.
  • Translate business needs into comprehensive Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Use Cases, and Process Flows (BPMN) for technical development.
  • Analyse existing workflows ("As-Is") to identify inefficiencies and propose optimized ("To-Be") solutions that balance operational speed with risk management.
  • Conduct detailed gap analysis between business requirements and current system capabilities, recommending viable technical or procedural solutions.
Project Coordination & Solution Delivery
  • Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the creation of test scripts, to ensure delivered solutions meet functional requirements and quality standards.
  • Facilitate the smooth deployment of new systems by preparing user manuals, conducting training sessions, and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Act as the functional point of contact for external software vendors, ensuring that deliverables match the scope of work and service level agreements (SLAs).
MIS Operations & Data Management
  • Monitor the health and integrity of core business applications (ERP, POS, CRM, and Loan Management Systems) to ensure business continuity.
  • Design and maintain strategic management reports and dashboards to support decision-making, ensuring data accuracy across different business entities.
  • Serve as the Tier-2 escalation point for complex functional issues that Level 1 support cannot resolve.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in an MIS or Business Analyst role
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of systems architecture, APIs, integrations, and databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experienced & command of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Teams Planner & Azure Boards).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL for data verification and analysis.
  • Able to or have working experience in a global, geographically dispersed team
  • Certification in PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Scrum or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with data governance, system security, and infrastructure basics.
  • Experience with cloud applications, workflow automation, or reporting dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with Security audits, DPTM preparation, or VAPT reviews will be an added advantage.
  • Background in financial services or multi-branch operations will be added advantage
  • Ability to switch contexts rapidly between different business models
