Assistant Operations Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our cleaning services. The ideal candidate will assist in managing cleaning teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting logistical and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Operations Executive/Manager in planning and organizing daily cleaning schedules. Assist with manpower deployment and rostering.
• Coordinate with cleaning supervisors and staff to ensure timely execution of jobs.
• Monitor site operations to ensure service quality and adherence to company standards.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are available and in good working condition.
• Conduct site visits and audits to monitor performance and address any issues.
• Liaise with clients for feedback and handle basic service issues or complaints.
• Maintain operational records including attendance, job sheets, inventory, asset management etc.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report daily progress and operational challenges to Operations Executive/Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of operations experience in the cleaning industry.
• Willingness to travel between sites and work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
