IT Infrastructure Manager (Network & Systems)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead hands-on design and delivery of IT infrastructure across corporate IT, 5G, systems, and cloud environments.
• This is a hands-on operational leadership role, requiring active involvement in daily support, troubleshooting, and engineering work.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship while remaining actively involved in implementation work.
• Manage network infrastructure (routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, NAC, wireless, load balancers).
• Manage systems and platforms (Windows Server, Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, storage).
• Support Microsoft 365 and hybrid identity environments (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Teams).
• Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Oversee infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, upgrades, and continuous improvements.
• Ensure proper documentation of architecture, configurations, and SOPs.
• Implement security best practices (segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, NAC).
• Perform system hardening (e.g. CIS benchmarks) and ensure patch compliance.
• Manage identity, access controls, and Microsoft 365 security logging.
• Conduct vulnerability management, risk assessments, and remediation.
• Manage ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
• Ensure onboarding of systems into PAM and SIEM platforms (e.g. QRadar).
• Oversee L1/L2 support for end-user computing services.
• Lead infrastructure projects from planning to delivery (scope, timeline, budget).
• Manage vendors, contracts, and SLA performance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10–12 years’ IT infrastructure experience, including 2–3 years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure:

1. Networking: routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPN, NAC, wireless.
2. Systems: Windows Server, Linux (RHEL), VMware/Hyper-V, storage (SAN/NAS/vSAN).
3. Enterprise platforms: Palo Alto (must), Cisco, Aruba, , Fortinet, F5, Microsoft technologies, PAM/SIEM.
4. Monitoring & operations: ITSM tools, PRTG/Zabbix/Nagios, backup solutions (e.g. Veeam).

• Strong experience in infrastructure security, system hardening, and compliance environments.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and performing RCA in production environments.
• Familiar with security frameworks and standards (e.g. ISO 27001, IMDA TCS, CCoP).
• Exposure to cloud (Azure/AWS) and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes) is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP, ITIL, RHCE, VCP, etc.) preferred; security certifications are a plus.
• Good understanding of security-by-design principles in system architecture and solution design.
• Strong hands-on experience in complex troubleshooting, RCA, and delivering production-grade resilient solutions.
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g. finance, fintech, telecom) is a plus.
• Must be a hands-on technical leader, actively involved in day-to-day infrastructure operations while managing the team.
