Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.

This role is pivotal in enabling the MD to focus on strategic priorities by ensuring smooth and professional handling of daily activities. The EA may also have the opportunity to contribute to live client engagements based on capability and interest.

The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person work at client locations depending on specific project requirements. Exposure to working in an SAP environment may be provided as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain discretion while handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Coordinate and follow up on meeting agendas, minutes, and action points.
  • Communicate effectively on behalf of the MD with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support in organizing business development activities and events.
  • Track and manage expenses, claims, and reimbursements.
  • Assist with live client engagements—including documentation, meeting support, and research—where appropriate and based on expertise.
  • Attend client site meetings or engagements as required by specific projects.
  • Gain exposure to SAP systems through client-related work, if relevant to the engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor, with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to client work, including occasional site visits.
  • Interest in gaining exposure to ERP platforms like SAP is a plus.
