We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and actively support sales activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information, quotations, and order status updates.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics/warehouse for timely delivery.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service history in the CRM system.
- Support the sales team by generating quotations, preparing proposals, and managing documentation.
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) / Sales Orders (SO) and arrange delivery.
- Arrange installation and demonstration of packaging and warehousing machines and equipment.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Sales, or related field is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales support preferred.
- Able to cope in a fast-paced working environment while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Independent and self-motivated, desire to acquire new knowledge, good initiative and with positive working attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the associates/client
