Riche Mentor is seeking a motivated and well-connected Freelance Business Development Partner to help expand our premium 1-to-1 Workflow Transformation Coaching Program.

This is a commission-based freelance opportunity ideal for individuals with strong networks among working professionals, managers, and executives. Your role is to identify, pre-qualify, and connect suitable prospects to Riche Mentor for a 2-hour consultation conducted directly by the founder, Rich Chua.

If you are confident in your ability to open doors, build trust, and connect professionals to high-value solutions, this role offers attractive commission potential with flexible working arrangements.

1. to-1 Workflow Transformation Program

• 4 × 2-hour in-person coaching sessions
• 2-hour free consultation with Rich Chua
• 6-month post-program support
• Program fee: $1,600 per client

• Identify and approach potential clients within your network or through outreach
• Pre-qualify prospects using approved criteria
• Book qualified prospects for a 2-hour consultation with Rich Chua
• Use approved messaging and materials only
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads and referrals

Note: All consultations and coaching sessions are conducted by Rich Chua. Your role is strictly business development and client acquisition.

• 1–2 clients per month: 15%
• 3–4 clients per month: 20%
• 5+ clients per month: 25%

Commission is paid within 30 days after month-end for fully paid clients.

• Freelancers, recruiters, insurance agents, trainers, or consultants with strong professional networks
• Individuals comfortable speaking to mid-level professionals and managers
