Procurement Executive (Supply Chain & Vendor Management)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support our purchasing and supply chain operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely sourcing of goods, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and driving cost-effective procurement strategies to support business operations.

• Source, evaluate, and engage suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including purchase orders, quotations, and delivery coordination
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply and service
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to support operational needs
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery, resolving any supply or logistics issues efficiently
• Conduct price comparisons and negotiate terms to achieve cost savings and value optimization
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing requirements and timelines
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations is advantageous
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or procurement systems
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
