Job Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resource and administrative tasks, with a focus on foreign manpower management. This includes handling work passes such as Work Permits (WP), S Passes, In-Principle Approvals (IPA), and related compliance matters for the company’s engineering workforce.

The role also involves supporting worker accommodations, liaising with government agencies, and ensuring smooth HR and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work Pass & Compliance Management
  • Apply for and renew Work Permits, S Passes, Employment Passes, and IPAs for local and foreign employees.
  • Maintain records and ensure MOM (Ministry of Manpower) compliance.
  • Prepare and submit documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Track and monitor pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
  1. Foreign Worker Administration
  • Manage worker accommodations/hostels, including room allocations and facilities.
  • Coordinate transportation, medical check-ups, and insurance for foreign workers.
  • Handle payroll and levy submissions related to foreign manpower.
  • Maintain proper documentation for work-related incidents and disciplinary matters.
  1. General HR & Administrative Support
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of local and foreign staff.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and leave management.
  • Coordinate company HR policies, staff welfare programs, and training.
  • Liaise with vendors, government agencies, and internal departments.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in HR or manpower administration, preferably in engineering or construction.
  • Knowledge of MOM regulations, Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass, and IPA processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in foreign worker administration in Singapore construction/engineering sector.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.
