Our client is a leading A1 main contractor in Singapore, specialising in industrial design & build projects such as manufacturing plants, data centres, and logistics facilities.

Job Overview

We are looking for Assistant Project Managers / Project Managers to oversee the end-to-end execution of construction projects, ensuring delivery within timeline, budget, and quality standards.

• Manage overall project execution from planning to completion
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project schedule, cost, and progress
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Review drawings, technical submissions, and method statements
• Lead site teams and resolve project issues effectively
• Prepare project reports and update stakeholders regularly

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field
• Experience in industrial / commercial construction projects
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Familiar with Singapore construction regulations and practices
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• For PM level: proven experience managing full project lifecycle

• Location: Multiple project sites across Singapore
• Working Days: 5.5 days per week
• Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
