Job Summary:

We are seeking vigilant and proactive Security Roving Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will patrol multiple assigned sites, ensuring that security standards are consistently upheld. You will also be deployed to cover island-wide locations in the event of manpower shortfalls.

This role requires flexibility, strong situational awareness, and a commitment to maintaining safety, enforcing security protocols, and providing a visible deterrent to potential threats.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct scheduled and unscheduled patrols across designated sites
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
Provide immediate support to site-based security officers as required
Monitor site security systems and report anomalies or breaches
Perform access control duties and verify identity of personnel and visitors
Ensure adherence to company security procedures and protocols
Prepare and submit incident reports, daily activity logs, and operational updates
Provide feedback to management on security-related issues or concerns at assigned locations
Act as a liaison between control room and ground teams to coordinate responses
Uphold professional appearance and conduct in accordance with company standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in a security patrol or roving officer role preferred.
Valid CLASS 3 Driving Licence
Ability to operate basic security equipment (radios, flashlights, CCTV, etc.).
Must be able to walk, stand, or drive for long periods.
Strong situational awareness and observational skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing site demands.
Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
