Key Responsibilities:
Platform Strategy: Develop and execute tailored strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to align with Singapore’s fast-paced property market.YouTube Content Creation: Lead the conceptualization, scripting, and production of YouTube videos to showcase property tours and market insights.
Content Planning: Manage the social media calendar for ensuring a consistent brand voice that reflects our market acumen.
Community Management: Actively engage with our community by responding to inquiries and managing daily interactions to build long-term relationships.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of market changes and pivot content strategies to maintain relevancy in today’s real estate landscape.
Requirements:
Shooting Location: SingaporeProfessional Background: Proven experience in social media management and a strong eye for digital branding.
Creative Aptitude: Ability to plan engaging video content for both short-form and long-form platforms.
Real Estate Interest: Familiarity with the Singapore property market (HDB, Private, and Landed) is highly advantageous.
