About the role

What you'll be doing- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide table service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and clearing tables
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with food preparation and stock replenishment as needed
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Respond promptly to customer requests and address any concerns
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing high-quality service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items and the ability to make recommendations
- Proficiency in English and any additional languages would be an advantage
