Project Proposal Engineer ( Part Time) - Toa Payoh

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position involves a combination of technical expertise, project management, to support and drive sales. Acts as a crucial link between the technical and commercial aspects of projects, the Project Proposal Engineer ensures customer satisfaction and successful handover to the Project Execution team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with all stakeholders to serve customers effectively and meet team sales targets.
• Proposal & Quotation Preparation
• Analyze requests for proposals to understand project scope, technical requirements and customer expectations.
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies in proposals.

• Handle inquiries via various communication channels, provide technical assistance and advice, follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, close orders, and maintain customer relationships.

• Work with Sales teams, Service, Finance and Supply Chain departments to gather necessary input for quotations and proposals.

• Perform any other tasks required by the Company to support its business strategy.

• Diploma or Degree in Control/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ experience in Instrumentation and Automation/Control Engineering
• Relevant Technical knowledge (Would be an advantage)
• Systematic and meticulous
• Strong ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Part-time

3~4 days 8hrs/day, 8:30am to 5:30pm
